The service

Wajha is a platform that builds your business a complete website with AI. You give us your current website's link or your business details, we build you a preview to see before any commitment, and purchases are made at the prices displayed on the site at the time of ordering.

What you receive in the build package

The build package is paid once, and it delivers:

• A complete site in Arabic and English with imagery made for it.
• An SEO report with its fixes applied.
• Your AI assistant, free for the first month.
• The complete site files, to put on any hosting.

And if anything is wrong with the delivery, we fix it.

Your account

• You register with accurate, up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything done from your account.
• If you suspect someone else accessed your account, contact us immediately.

Content and ownership

• The content and information you give us about your business are yours, and you are responsible for their accuracy and legality.
• You grant us the right to use them only to build your website and run your services.
• The website we deliver, with all its files, is yours.
• We build from what you provide and from your current website, and we never invent facts about your business.

The AI assistant

• It answers your website's visitors based on your business information.
• It is AI, and it can make mistakes, so review any important information it presents.
• The monthly message allowance depends on your package and add-ons.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Egyptian pounds and displayed on the site before any purchase.
• Payment is processed by a licensed payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
• Cancellation and refund details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The gallery

Your website never appears in our gallery unless you switch consent on yourself, and you can switch it off at any time; it disappears immediately.

Acceptable use

• The service may not be used for content that is illegal, misleading, or infringing on others' rights.
• We may suspend a service that violates these terms, after notifying you.

Limitation of liability

We provide the service with our best effort and a quality we are proud of. Nevertheless, our legal liability towards you in any case is limited to the amounts you actually paid for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Egyptian law.

Changes to the terms

If we update the terms, the new version is published here with its date, and continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
