Refund & Cancellation Policy

The website build

The build package is paid once, at the price displayed on the site at the time of purchase (11,000 EGP for the Premium package, or the promotional price when a promotion is running).

• Before the build starts, you can cancel your order at any time and get back everything you paid.
• After delivery, there is no cash refund, and our promise stands exactly as written on the package: if anything is wrong with the delivery, we fix it.
• If we fail to deliver your website at all, you get a full refund, no questions asked.

And before you pay at all, you see a real preview of your website, so you know exactly what you are buying.

Extra assistant messages

The add-on of 1,000 extra messages for the AI assistant (298 EGP).

• As long as none of the messages have been used, you can get a full refund.
• Once usage starts, the add-on counts as consumed and is no longer refundable.

How refunds are issued

• The amount goes back to the same payment method you paid with.
• Refunds usually appear within 14 business days; the final timing depends on your bank or wallet provider.
• If you bought at a promotional price, the refund equals what you actually paid.

The VIP package

The VIP package's scope and terms are agreed in a separate agreement between us, and its cancellation and refund terms are part of that agreement.
